Notice the blue lines outlining the blocks in the upper left corner. Is it be Jan in VA I always appreciate your comments and instructions Jan. |

I made that quilt. iits a Cozy Quilts pattern from 3 or 4 years ago.. beautiful made but a strain to assemble..lol
I also made the one that Dunster gave you a link to. No problems with it takes a while but is fun to make. |
I bet you'll make a lovely quilt.

It's Simply Woven by Jessica Kelly on Moda Bakeshop. The second poster gave the link... It's an easy construction, with no small piece or partial seams. You sew three pieces together, cut, insert another strip, cut, insert another strip, cut and insert a final strip. It's genius.
When I made one I opted not to do the final cut and insertion, so my quilt didn't turn out as packed and busy as if I had. You can see mine here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/members...51-416280.html I made it for a wedding gift. |
Here's another free pattern. This variation does have a partial seam. Although I have not (yet) made this quilt, I have done a pattern by Doug Leko that uses this type of partial seam and it really does work up easily while looking much harder than it really is. https://www.msu.edu/~donald20/Quilts...ce%20quilt.pdf

The pattern is Basket Lattice from Sheri Pape Designs. I have made several quilts from this pattern and they came out great. I found the Moda bakeshop pattern Simply Woven to be difficult. I couldn't make the squares align right, so I added sashing, which disguised the alignment issues. Problem solved.
