Anyone own a Janome HD3000?

Looking for an everyday sewing machine, that I can applique and make button holes. I will be doing piecing with it also. I had a Euro Pro for over 12 years. Let me tell you, I used that machine until it could no longer function. They don't make it anymore.
So, can you tell me what you like and don't like about this machine? Do you piece your quilts with it?

I don't own it, but am very familiar with it and can say its a great machine. Some version of it has been in the Janome line for years. It has an extra-high lift, adjustable foot pressure, 1 amp motor, variable needle position and needle up/down so it covers all the must-haves for piecing and quilting. I don't recall if it has a blanket stitch for applique? Love the looks of it too w/ the nifty top-storage compartment.

Thanks. I need to make sure it has all the different stitches that I would like to use.
