A couple of weeks ago I was asking about duckbill scissors which I was looking to buy at the Quilt and Craft Show. Well nobody had them, but I bought a small pair of appliqué scissors instead. The duckbills would have cost me $59.95 if they had have had them, instead of the $5 these cost, and I think I will get more use from these as being smaller, they get into smaller spaces. See what you think. They are 3½" long, and the blades are only 1 long.

Wow, you did good.

Are they sharp, as in, do they cut cleanly? That is what counts!

Really sharp! I've just been using them to trim behind some of my Celtic blocks, and even though I have to start the cut with my small scissors, these cut like a hot knife through butter - and there isn't the danger of cutting the front layer like I have done in the past. I love them.

Well all that matters is that you like them. I think they look very useful.
