Art Glass Fabric

Have any of you scene the new art glass fabric by Rose Ann Cook? I have fallen in love with her collection but am having a brain freeze in a quilt pattern to utilize this beautiful fabric. Any ideas???

very pretty, how about stained glass window type of quilt.

Doesn't MSQC have something with squares and a small sashing?? Maybe the Illusion quilt??

WOW that is gorgeous <3

Since my current obsession is with stained glass/cathedral quilts I think this would really pop in that type of quilt. Have fun with it!

What about one of the "just can't cut it" patterns? Sandy Turner has a few and there is actually a pattern called "Just Can't cut it." You can Google it.

That's gorgeous! Did you see the free pattern @ PB textiles? http://static1.squarespace.com/stati...structions.pdf

Meant to be a pillow, but I'd resize it to be a block and make a quilt of those. Or the quilt they also have a pattern for; not my style, but could get some ideas from it.

Also - maybe Missouri Star Quilting's Quatrafoil quilt.

Thanks for the link! So beautiful!!!

That is GORGEOUS! No more fabric! I can't fall in love with any more fabric. I need to stay off this board.

Beautiful fabric, though I'd like more colors. I would use the bottom three for a stained glass quilt similar to the panel pictured - minus the circles - with one of the fractured prints as a border.

I just bought some fabric that was similar to this and I can't remember the name of it, I will check and see what it is, would go well with it if I am thinking correctly.

I would suggest Day of the Bear Pattern.

It's about half-way down this link page:

Do a Google search: Type in Free Stained Glass patterns. Just use fabric instead of glass.

You'll be amazed at what you get.

I am just starting a stained glass denim quilt. People have made it with regular fabric. I think the Day of the Bear pattern is great, but you might like the one I'm using too.

I have the fabric as I purchased it thru their 'Rock my Christmas' shopping spree every December. I love it but have yet to use it. I love going in the shop, Quilters Emporium is my absolute favorite.
