Attic window blocks - question

I have some blocks that are 12in wide and 16in high. They are halloween cats. Would it look funny to do attic windows, since the blocks aren't square?

I, myself would say no. I think its a bright ideal. I'd like to see what it will look like, afterwards.

the actual windows in my home have the white dividers (I don't know what you call them) but they are retangular. It would look great.

I've made them like that, sorry no picture but just did something like a 6"w x 8"h cut the "window sashings"about 2 ½" and did the easy corners with the hst. It was a lap quilt for my Mom's wheelchair.

SORRY, I messed up. I would say YES to the attic window, for your Halloween cats.

I think it would add interest to the quilt having the rectangles be different sizes.

Attic Windows can be any size you want. I've made them tall and narrow and square and every dimension in between.

Thank you so much, everyone. I just suddenly was at a loss, and wasn't sure if the attic window would work. I feel better. I'm a little thrown off, because I was doing these blocks as a block of the month. There are nine of them, so I thought I'd have until September to finish these blocks. Last week a friend of mine brought a co-worker over to see my stash closet and my quilts. The woman walked into my room, saw the cats and said that she wanted to buy the quilt. Uh, so I guess I'm going to have to hurry up and make them into a quilt!
