Massdrop.com had a great buy on Aurifil a few weeks ago. I bought six spools for $45.99 with free shipping!

I must be the only one who doesn't care for aurifil thread. Did not like it at all

I love it. I won't use anything else.

It's one of the best cotton threads on the market.

Aurifil is the only thread that I use for piecing. Now that I think about it, it is what I use for quilting also. I love Aurifil thread!

Love it for piecing and quilting. I have no problems with breakage my Elna "Esther" loves her Aurifill thread!

Just FYI, if your looking for aurifil thread on sale, I just bought some from Sue's sew Ez designs at 7.00 a spool - it was an awesome deal. She sent it out really fast too. --I'm not affiliated wth the site or anything- just wanted to pass along a good deal. http://www.sewezdesigns.com/Aurifil1.html

I get mine from Fabric.com. They seem to have a reasonable price and with a $35 order they have free shipping. Good service too. I love Aurifil thread.
I use empty Crystal Light type containers to store my spools of Aurifil in. Four spools fit perfectly into a container. It keeps them clean and organized and if you take the label off the container you can see through it to see what color is inside. |
