Baby Lock Serenade machine
 

Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone else owns a Baby Lock Serenade machine and if so are you happy with it. I have one and am very unhappy with it for lots of reasons. Wasn't worth any thing close to what I paid for it. Informed the company of the issues I am having and they were no help. They think any problems are with the user not the machine. thanks for any input

I have one and love it. What problems are you having? I have to say I don't like the 'tude you are getting from the company representative!

This machine was discontinued! Hmmmm. Wonder why? Problems?

I think they have routinely come out with new machines with new names every year. Nothing new about that. Many times the "new" machines are very similar to a previous model.

I think it was replaced with the Symphony

I think the Symphony replaced the Espire.

it was discontinued because of problems, contact the CEO one lady got a new symphony for her troublesome serenade. i believe babylock will make it right if you get in touch with the right people
