baby lock tiara
my baby lock tiara starts sewing fine, but after a few minutes it stops and says needle walk failure
|
I googled it and found a similar complaint. The answers were:
|
My stiches are great top and bottom when it sews. It only sews for about 5 minutes then stops, If I leave it set for about 1 - 2 hr. it will sew again, and nothing has changed. I have checked and rechecked bobbin, bobbin case upper tread and everything in-between it makes no since
|
Since the message comes from a sensor, it's possible the sensor has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
|
As you use the machine, it gets hot. This may be the reason it sews after it sits for a while. It just may need a deep cleaning and oiling.

Have you called BabyLock?
|
After it stops working, I went into diagnostics and the needle tested good, but the motor failed the test
I guess I'm going to take it to the repair man it's no good like this. unless someone can tell me how to fix it |
Are you oiling after every bobbin?
Watson |
Yes, we oil and clean it all the time, and never spray canned air towards the back of the quilter.
I called and talked to a repair man, and decided to try to open it up to clean the motor sensor and anything else that looks dirty. So far it seems to be working good time will tell. Thank-You all for all the help and advice. Charlie |
