Babylock Ellure plus question

I was using the embroidery part of the Babylock, I had to stop in the middle of a design. when I came back to finish my design the machine made a lot of noise when stitching, it was cutting the threads underneath. I didn't realize that's what was happening at the time. This is a new to me machine, so I am still learning how this all works. When I practiced on muslin first, it came out fine. Is there something I did wrong? Something to look for?

Usually when this happens there is a large knot or nest underneath causing problems. Just keep with it I have only been at it 2 years and still feel like a newbie even though I have been to 2 seminars on it.

craftsy has a free class on embroidery, I also learned alot from the annies class
http://www.anniescatalog.com/onlinec...tml?code=SAV02
If you choose to get the annies class get the DVD because I could never get the online video to work

I do not have babylock. I have a diamond and when my machine starts to make noise like that when stitching it is using because the threading of the machine, without knowing why or how the thread get out of where it is suppose to be I rethread top and bottom and all is good.
