Well, I finally am able to get back to my quilting. Just got my Pfaff 2040 back from being fixed. All set to go. I was sewing my bargello quilt together today and decided to move my ironing board. Got back to the quilt and didn't notice that my iron had turned off. I picked it up to press and hit the steam button and with that water poured out over my quilt. Ugh!!! Had to empty the iron to get it to stop! Got back on track and am having a great time. The flannel for this quilt is really gorgeous. it is fabric by Maywood. The black fabric looks like velvet without all of the problems. Just beautiful. Can't wait to finish it. Will post some photos of it a bit later.
