Batik is the process Bali is a brand. There are other brands that do Batiks as well.

While you're discussing this .... what's the differences in batiks.

I always thought they were distinguished by their slippery, tight feel, almost as though there was a lot of poly, or tending towards a parachute cloth feel.

Then lately I've seen some batiks that are a soft soft cotton.

So, now I'm totally confused
What really is a batik???
