pp is not hard just very slow and tedious, the results are beautiful though. I would recommend watching a few of the tutes before you practice and the add a quarter ruler, other than that you are good to go because the learning curve is not that bad, just requires more patience that traditional piecing

She makes the same pattern in a bed runner and a table runner. Perhaps try one of the smaller ones and see if you like it and understand her patterns. Pattern makers write differently, and some are definitely more difficult to follow than others because of the way they are written.

I am currently working on Wild Goose Chase by Judy Niemeyer. On her website Judy says, "this a fun and easy quilt for any beginner or advanced quilter to make up in just a few days."

I have been working on the quilt for over a month, and have wanted to quit many times. Tedious is a very good word to describe this quilt. It is not hard, just tedious!

You can do any pattern you want to. If you have your heart set on it, I say go for it!
