I seen these on barns and buildings quite a lot. I would like to make one of these. Is there a site where you find a kit for making one?

You just buy a piece of plywood, 4x4 is a standard size, and draw out your quilt block, whichever one you choose, than paint. Don't forget to seal with some type of outdoor sealer than hang and enjoy.:):)
