I brought charm 5 inch batches because they were so pretty and now wonder what to do with them. My question is:
Is it ok to use batiks and regular print cotton to make a quilt?? not sure if it would be kosher. Still learning.

It is fine to use batiks and cottons togetger. Modabakeshiop has some really cute patterns.

I don't see why not. It's your quilt and you can put whatever fabrics together that you want. JMHO!!

I believe anything is OK if you want to. It is your quilt and It will be beautiful. They are both cottons.

I just made a Chinese Coin Quilt top with Batiks. The little coins I used the batik charms. Then for the sashing I used regular cotton. Looked great. Mix away!
