I haven't bumped into these before but will be watching, I hate wearing gloves!

Never heard of them. Thanks for sharing the article.

I have never seen those before, but they look very useful on the video. I'm going to watch this thread and see what everybody has to say. Thanks for posting!

Here's to hoping these show up at some of the various quilt shows/conventions now that spring is here. They look VERY interesting to me, and the price is not too prohibitive...

It looks like some type of foam, like the childrens play foam. Which would make sense to me, it would provide grip.

I made some little pockets to slip over my 4 fingers while doing FMQ. I used the non slip rug stuff. They worked great, but I prefer my gloves.

I just saw these bands that slip over your hand/fingers about down to the knuckle area? They look like they are about 3-4" wide.
I liked the looks of them, they don't cover your whole hand like a glove, and you don't have to pick them up and move them like these. :D:D:D

Like Amma, I think it would be easier to use something that moves when your hands move. Having to pick these up and move them to get to another area would be a pain, and I would probably lose them in the folds of the quilt. I love the Machingers quilting gloves.
