Wow this is an interesting topic.

I use the poly for the baby quilts and the 80/20 for everything else. I love the "Antique" look with my quilts (go figure I sew them on a treadle) and the W&N is great for that look. Depending on the way you quilt a poly bat quilt it too can get the "Antique" look but not as well as the 80/20.

But I thought that the synthetic would be better for kids with allergies.
