I was squaring up some pillow tops yesterday that I stitched to some poly batting scraps and was using my cutter...darn it...it was the one I just put a new blade in....
I have other cutters...just grabbed my favorite.

The same for me too! I make sure I keep them labeled so that I don't get them mixed up!

I went and bought an orange one to use for batting only and I'll keep my well worn comfortable blue one for fabric.....

I use scissors for batting.

I have a hard time with the scissors unless I cut just one layer at a time - my fingers and wrists are really acting up these days.

I just wish I had realized it was dulling my blade before I put a brnad new one on.
