Batting????

Last year I bought a bolt of Hobbs 80/20 Heritage batting from Joann's on black Friday online. I love Hobb's batting. Our local Joann's is horrible. The staff has no idea what I am talking about when I ask for it. They have not carried it online since that time. I have looked everywhere to find the bolts again and I can not find a place to purchase it. I bought a bolt that was 90 inches by 25 or 40 foot.

Please help me!!!!!!! I would like to buy this batting or something very similar by the bolt. I make various size quilts and I love having whatever size batting I need on hand. Where can I buy this? I have tried searching online and can not find it any where. I only have the one very bad Joann's anywhere even close to me. While I do not have a longarm, I am even open to buying the bolts they use if I knew where to find them. Thank you in advance for helping me in my search.

Lynn

I googled Hobbs 80/20 batting and a bunch of places came up. Try online again.

Thank you for the reply. But which ones have you used and know are reliable that I can purchase from over and over again?

I get my Hobbs 80/20 batting by the roll from Kingsmen quilting supply at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is great-give them a try.

Try any one of these. I have not bought from any of them but know of several who have. If you are in the PNW the shipping shouldn't be too bad from heartbeat.

finally Don't know how you did your search but JoAnnes does have it on line. You may be able to have them ship to your local store and you can pick it up. It is currently listed as out of stock. So maybe they won't ever get it back in? The other two are much less expensive

The last 3 bolts I've bought are from Heartbeat Quilting(https://www.heartbeatquilting.com/sh...lt-Batting.htm), on all 3 times, I ordered late on a Thursday, and the batting was delivered the following Monday. They have excellent service and great prices.

Do you mean Hobbs Heirloom 80/20? I wonder if you searched on the wrong name.

Amazon.com has a lot of choices for this batting. All at different sizes and amounts. Try that.

Check Marshall Dry Goods on line. I bought a 96" x 25 yard roll from them 2.5 years ago for a very good price, and I really like it.

Definitely from Marshall's Dry Goods in Arkansas. They have it all the time and their price is just about the best. It costs the same if they ship you one roll or two, so maybe you can find a friend who would share an order with you?

888-744-8277 and ask for Grey. He's my salesman and is great to work with.

Here is another option: https://battingsupersale.com/default.asp?. I have been getting their emails for a while and their prices seem pretty good.

Thank you guys for all of the suggestions. I was able to find what I needed at Linda's Electric Quilters. They were the one closest to me with the least amount for shipping. It looks like the price is about the same most places when buying a bolt but shipping prices were all over the place. And to answer the question the person asked about Joann's, They show they carry this product but that it is out of stock. It has been out of stock since I ordered it Black Friday of 2015. Hopefully I will have it within a week and can start getting my tops quilted. Thank you guys again for all of the help.

I bought a roll from Hobby Lobby. Asked the Lady to give me regular price, then I used the 40% coupon and came out like a bandit on the price.
