Bernina 750QE Automatic Thread Cutter Problem
 

Has anyone had a problem with the automatic thread cutter on a Bernina 750QE? My machine is cutting the top thread but not the lower thread. I have cleaned the thread cutter as per the instructions and cleaned out the bobbin area. Any thoughts?

I'm curious about your answers to this question as it occasionally happens to me too, but I don't have a Bernina. I have a Brother that I really love, but that's happened to me several times. Then I turn it off and back on in a few minutes & it doesn't do it any more. I'm always cleaning out my machine too!
