Well, I took your advice and used my 60% coupon to buy the warm and natural batting and what a savings BUT... When I was at the register, I gave the clerk two coupons, my 60% and another 40%. I was purchasing 20 yards of batting and a small template. She rang up the purchase and it came to $187. Now I had done a little math in my head and figured the batting should be somewhere around 120 and the template about 9 so 187 wasn't right. I questioned her and she looked and found that the computer took the 40% off the batting and the 60 off the template. Needless to say, be careful. But the good news is that she rang it up again seperately and I SAVED $167 on $279 worth of batting. Now for where to store it!

That happens very often with them. (especially since they have been bought out) I have learned to ring my biggest coupon on a separate single sale, then do the rest of my stuff.

I hate Joann's. They play to many games.

I am not fond of JoAnn's either, but it is either there or Hobby Lobby for fabric here in Phoenix. At least something I can afford. I truly hoping to see some movement at WM that they are bringing back fabric.

I am now only dealing with QS. Maybe I don't get as much, but the quality is there. Joann & Wally World quality stinks. Not worth my time.

Schaffers, store it at my house, I promise to save you some..

What works for me at Jo Ann's is to give the cashier the coupon and item together so he/she knows which item gets the 60% and which one gets the 40%. You'd think the cash register would automatically take the 60% off the most expensive item, but it doesn't always work that way.

I haven't shopped at Jo Ann's in quite a while. My boss's wife is a fan of Hobby Lobby so he gives me Hobby Lobby gift cards for special occasions. Unfortunately, I haven't found a lot of fabric that I like at Hobby Lobby so I use the gift cards for batting, notions, etc. Not as much fun as shopping for fabric, but I'm not going to complain about a gift!
