Is there a measurement table some place that will tell me how much fabric I will need for a 2 1/4 inch binding that has to go around a king size quilt that is 392 inches?

If you are making continuous bias binding, a 34 X 34 inch square will yield 410"...

And if your quilt is square/rectangular, it doesn't have to be on the bias...

Around 10 strips WOF sewn together should give you plenty, that comes to about 2/3 to 3/4 of a yard. Someone correct me if I'm too far off.
Oops, reread and you wanted bias. I think someone already gave you a good measurement for that.

392 (linear measurement of all four edges) X 2.25 (width of binding) = 882 square inches (the square root tells you that you need about a 30" sq of fabric or similar - 42" X 21" )

I add some extra square inches to the measurement of all four sides to allow for the seam allowance to sew your trapezoid together and for a bit of fudge factor. Rather than 392, I would start with 440. 440 X 2.25 = 990 (square root: 32 square inches)

i just figure how many 2 1/4 inch cuts i can get out of a yard and then times that X 40 inches long. then see if that is enough.
