Bias binding tool

Someone a while back wrote about a new ruler that folds somehow and makes bias bindings much easier to make.

I can't find it.
Anyone know about this ruler?

I have seen it. Though I don't want another ruler as what I have does very nicely indeed. It seemed to be another 'new tool' that we don't need.

maybe not for you, but I always have the devil's own time cutting bias stripes for my bindings.
