Agree! From my experience they like nice, sharp miters! Also even binding-same width on both sides

Thanks everyone, I did hand stitched the binding with tiny stitches to the back of the quilt. I never thought to stitch the corners closed so I did that too.. I did the best I could on this quilt and can only hope for the best, when I took it in there were some really great looking quilts there. Oh well it's fun even if I don't win a ribbon, I will keep you all informed if I win or not.. Thanks again for all the great advice..
