Binding for a table runner with pointed ends

Which binding method do you use when binding a table runner with pointed ends? Does it take bias binding? I'm asking for a quilty friend (all of my bits have square corners).

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

Use same binding and watch how easily you go around if keep to same pattern as a normal corner. Open corners are bit. More tricky but I follow the same rule.

If you put a square ruler on it you'll discover the ends are 90 degree corners. It's the side "corners" that aren't 90 degrees. You do the side corners the same way you do the end corners though,
