Can anyone recommend a good pattern for a 50th birthday quilt for a woman?

I think almost anything too...in her favorite colors, or a special fabric she might really love....is she a pet person? Gardener, nurse, gosh, they have fabric for almost any hobbie, sport, job! Good luck!
