I have a book that says Biscuit Quilts, but they're rag quilts. So, could be puffy or raggy, maybe. Did you ask them for a pattern, or at least an idea of what the blocks would be like? Seems like they at least owe you that much as a consideration. Maybe they have sample you could look at.

I have a booklet on making several biscuit quilts. You sew a 4" piece ontop of a 3" piece all 3 sides making a tuck in the center, stuff with a golf ball size piece of polyfil and sew the 4th side, sew into a row and then sew rows together. I made a pattern on graph paper so I would know how to sew them together. Copyright laws keep me from copying it. There should be a pattern or book you can buy somewhere. Good luck.
