Block suggestions needed..
 

I would like to make a quilt representing 6 local small towns. I want to make it for the Fire Co auction. SO, I want to make a 'firehouse' with a quilt block on each. Sorta' like a barn quilt. My 'problem' is..I need a quilt block representing each town...Here are my towns:
Tremont, sorta' easy, named after 3 mountains.
Donaldson, named for a guy who bought up all the land in hopes of selling it, back to men who wanted to mine it for coal.
Ravine, town between 2 mountains is a Ravine!! of course!
Pine Grove, named for a beautiful grove of trees.
North end, was an annex between North & South Pine Grove.
And Suedberg, which I heard was named for Sweden!
I will surround the firehouses with perhaps Jacobs ladder..

For instance , I found the block called 'mountain trail', I was thinking of for Tremont.

How about "Delectable Mountains" for Tremont?

I like those mountains!! I checked around the net & found a few different ways to show off those mountains! I was thinking just make a triangle..this is much more interesting..THANKS!! Now only need 5 more!
