I only have this problem with the monoline ( clear thread) it winds nice and smooth.... but I am unable to remove it from the winder... even when I load less than 1/3 of a bobbin.... anyone have any suggestions??? Brother was of NO help.... they basic anaser was.. we dont test that thread so we dont know.... grrrrrrrr

It may be stretching and winding too tightly.

I'm going to be no help at all, have used a few times with no known problems, or maybe just couldn't see them :)

I used it on the first half of this quilt with no problem at all... monoline for the top and for the bobbin.... no problem.. have a different machine now.....

Thats a bummer, do you know someone close by who has a different machine that can be borrowed, to finish up with?
