Bobbin thread pulling to top

I use clear thread for fmq on top and taupe in bobbin. I have the tension are good as it's gonna be and still have a few little taupe dots pulling through on the top. Ive used fabric pens in the past for colored tops but this fabric is off white. Is there any kind of white fabric pen that would cover the taupe thread?
I hope I've explained this clearly enough.

With FMQ, unless you can perfectly time your machine as it does with straight stitching, the bottom thread will always pop up. Did you loosen the top tension for the mono-filament thread?? If you can't, you might want to increase your bobbin tension. I have a Bernina 1530 which has a small hook with a hole that can increase the tension for heaver thread on top. Good Luck and keep experimenting until you have solved your problem

I have a Bernina QE440 and when I use the mono on top and regular 50 wt. in bobbin I decrease the top tension to 2. I also thread it with two extra guides the way Harriet Hargrave teaches. So far, so good.

If it is just peeking through, the thread will be pulled back into the sandwich when the quilt is washed and dried. The batt will puff up a bit.

With my 440 I put. The bobbin thread through the hole in bobbin case. This worked great without any problems.
