2 weeks ago i ordered a block of the month, and also sent an email asking how it works with no reply. 2 weeks later i send an email wondering when its ariving. I get a reply , we send them off the first of the month. Is that standard for block of the months, and if so why don't they post something on the website about their block of the months or shoot the customer an email, so they are not wondering whats going on, because i feel that was not good customer service, especially when i sent them an email asking about it and got no reply. Do i have a right to be mad??? Those who own quilt shops, how does it work in yours

Most of them are sent out once a month. I don't recall seeing a mailing date from most sites, it seems to usually be around the first though.

I wouldn't be mad  maybe your first email just got overlooked, it can happen to any of us 8-)

I am sure that once you get this first one you will have a very enjoyable experience with your first BOM :D:D:D

Customer service is not doing their job if they don't acknowledge receipt of an order when there will be a delay in shipping!
