book holder

I'm looking for a bed runner that attaches under the mattress and hangs over the side and it holds books, pencils etc.
I saw one and thought I had bookmarked it, but apparently not. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please let me know. I hope I described it so that you can understand what I'm saying. Than you for your help! Ellie (aka sewellie)

Sewellie, I found a couple of them.

This is the next one I found: http://www.allfreesewing.com/Sew-for...side-Organizer

Here is another one that is a download: http://www.sewing.org/html/bed_caddy.html

Here is a free download for one from McCall Patterns: http://mccallpattern.mccall.com/file...eorganizer.pdf

Here is a link for a tutorial: http://sewing.craftgossip.com/tutori...er/2009/09/22/

Here is a last one: http://www.allfreesewing.com/Miscell...r-the-New-Year

I hope you can find something you like and can use from thse selections. If not maybe others on here have other ideas. all I did was google bedside caddies. Let us see the finished one.

Should be easy to do without a pattern. All you need are some pockets----------on either side. Measure across the top of hte matttress to see how wide to make the tucked under part.

Oh, my dear friend, Ladibug. That's exactly what I was looking for, I was just wasn't calling it the right name. I saw several that really peaked my interest. I will send a picture of what I've done after the Holidays. :) Thank you, I'm so glad I found you again after all this time.
Merry Christmas to you and yours. Ellie
