I like the arrangement you have. But do you have enoug to pit a 1/4 inch strip of the frog first.
|
I would try looking at it with the print first but if that doesn't do it for you then the way you've got it is great too

That quilt is just to cute. I know your granddaughter is going to love it.

I have made 2 frog quilts. One with a border and one without. It depends how big you want the quilt to be.

Love everything about the quilt. The fabric, colors and the pattern. I would audition a small white (or a color that is close to the solid in the print) border as the 1st border and then two of the other fabrics. I think that would make the center of the quilt pop.

I think your frog quilt is really cute and I think your border choices are really nice. What would you think about changing either the green or the pink into a flange before the outer border? One of those colors, pink or green would be pretty for the binding.
|
I vote for frog first, then the pink. The green could be a third border or the binding. I think I would like to see it as binding. Cute quilt!!

I agree with Tartan. She always has such great advice.
|
I'd put either the pink or green "solid" then wider of the frogs.

I like the color combination you have but if you are undecided, I would change the 3 fabrics around some until you are happy. I personally think any of the 3 prints will work and I would use all 3 in the quilt.
