There must be something missing in the morning coffee! I occasionally paper piece some cute little thing for potholders in a futile attempt to keep the scrap basket under control. For the life of me, I cannot get this right today!! Please tell me I'm not the only one who has difficulty like this from time to time (and Thank goodness it's not a permanent state!)

Oh, yeah, those are about the only days when housecleaning doesn't look so bad! :)

Many days like that. That's when I read.

You are not alone! There are days my coordination is so bad, I may be maimed if I attempt anything crafty.

I would suggest not cooking anything elaborate on those days as well.

I am making a border and it needs 16 blocks. I counted the blocks twice, sewed it all together, went to attach it to the quilt and it was short. Only had 15 blocks. I have a degree in Math... Don't feel bad!

LOVE it!

I have particular "signature" things that I've done for years and have made sometimes several hundred of them for craft fairs. The other day I was trying to remember how I did a particular item, and had to go look for the written directions. (Thank heavens I wrote them down.)

I tried to make a little tiny mug rug yesterday....No problems with quilts but ,boy, I sure did make an ugly mug rug! Gotta start all over. It just wasn't my day. It took all day, too!!!!

Oh you are in lots of company. Somedays I forget how to thread my sewing machine. Take a break today.
