I am considering buying this embroidery machine, but I have read reviews saying there are problems if you use Windows Vista OS. For those of you who have the Brother PE770 and Windows Vista, what have been your experiences- good or bad? TIA

I have a Brother PE750 and Vista and have no problems. Do the 770 use PED Basic too or do the machine connects directly with the computer? Vista can handle PED basic with no problem.

The PE 770 uses PED basic.

When I bought my embroidery machine they needed to know what operating system my computer used. I got a patch to make it work with mine.
