Who has one? I just got mine a week or so ago,but I am having trouble with the thread cutter. It often cuts the top thread too short and it comes un threaded. I dont understand the numbers on the tension. If I adjust it so the thread doesnt cut too short,my thread is loose and floppy coming down through the thread guides. The maual doesnt address this issue. Would appreciate any hints on this machine from anyone who owns one. I love it,it quilts like butter, but Imstill tweaking the tension, etc.

Mine cuts the bobbin thread too short, so I am not sure about the top.

I have one too and have the same problem. Sometimes it is a matter of properly sizing the needle to the thread. If it really gets annoying, I'll lift the presser foot using the knee bar, at the end of a line of stitching and draw a little out and reset the foot before clipping. In all other respects, I really like the machine.

Sew off the fabric just a few stitches and cut. Works for Me.
