brother scanncut has anyone used it

I would love a brother scanncut and I was wondering what everyone thinks about it. is it easy to use and in the inbuilt quilt blocks does it have a rag quilt block or would I have to copy it into the machine, I maybe able to buy one in a couple of months.

this is a fascinating machine. there are reviews here [scroll down] http://www.amazon.com/Brother-ScanNC.../dp/B00F3J38GQ. and this link to ken's sewing center gives the prices for the accessories http://www.kenssewingcenter.com/sear...&Submit=Search

i'd be interested in information from the quilters here if they have used it.

I love mine. I don't remember seeing arag quilt block. I would assume it could be done though. The quilt blocks that it does have are great and you can resize them along with having it draw the 1/4 in seam that so many have a problem with. You can chose to use any seam allowance. I've but fabric, leather, vinly, construction paper, etc with it and have no problem. I like that I can put any design on it, I don't have to buy dies. I have the rag quilt die for the accuquilt and it works great.

I love mine, you can enlarge add perfect seam allowances, built in quilt blocks, cuts fabric by itself very clean when compared to the cricut. It even has the new kit where you can do crystals like the silhouette. My dealer has all the cutting machines and she say the brother is her favorite. my MIL has a cricut ans silhouette. I love my scanncut. It took the place of the serger I was going to get
