Just google brother sewing machines. They have a nice site, easy to find things on

Sounds like everyone loves their thread cutters. When I use mine it cuts too short, then comes out of the needle on my next piece. Am I doing something wrong?

Take it to the dealer and have it adjusted...it can be.....this was my problem too, drove me nuts, but it got fixed! Told them to fix it or I would put it in the middle of a busy road and cheer as an 18 wheeler drove over it! They fixed, but there are some days, somethings, that tempt me to still do that!

My expensive bigger Brother did that too. The dealer kept saying nothing could be done. I took it to a Bernina tech and he fixed it for me. Said it was an easy adjustment they all worked the same.

occasionally my Juki qi 2000 will do that, just got in the habit of taking the sewed piece out the back

I bought the SE400 about a month ago for taking to classes and my quilt group once a week. I will take it on the RV with us also. I have a Brother and a Babylock machine at home but they both weigh a ton.
