Building a speed control for your foot feed
 

I have a Bernina 1230 and can not buy a foot feed controller to attach to my quilt fame
purchased from Ken Lund. Would anyone have a pattern to build one my hubby is handy
With wood but needs a pattern.

Try putting a sponge under it if you can. I have a Brother that can go like a race horse if I'm not careful and someone suggested using a soft sponge and it really helps. Good luck.

Do you have any speed control that you can set on your Bernina? I have a 1530 with that option.
