Sat. I am going on a bus trip with my quilting buddy. We will be in Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska. The cost is very reasonable as each quilt shop serves a lunch or dinner. Some serve a snack, so the only cost is for the bus ride and the motel. However, need some MONEY for shopping.

What are the quilt shops and which towns are they located in? DH and I go on a lot of road trips, always looking for a neat "rest stop"!

Wish I could go with you, it sounds like a wonderful trip. Comfortable shoes is a must. Something else that helps me is to bring a small purse and definitely a fabric bag to put your purchases in. Have a blast!

We will be in Mankato MN at the Firefly Quilt Shop. We will go to the Calico Hutch in Hayward, Mn. The Firefly in Mankato, Quilts on Grand in Spencer, Ia, Heart & Hand in Sioux city, Ia. That is on Sat. On Sunday we will go to Country Traditions in Fremont, NE. The Quilted Moose, in Gretna, NE, and at Quilts and other Notions in Creston, Ia. I am really looking forward to it.
