The plastic on mine was a mess and since I don't have a hanger for it (I wish) I made a drawstring bag cover and it stands in my closet.

Since I couldn't post pictures here, I started a new topic. Here's how I store mine. I did that before I read that yours was folded. Well....maybe it'll help someone!

I think it was Shadow who posted a picture of her sewing room and she had it hanging on the wall.

I was thinking of using two closet brackets that have the dip in the end for a closet rod. I need to measure them to see if they are long enough. As for now it is in the corner of the spare bedroom behind the door :)

In a closet until the bolt gets small enough - then I shove it under a bed.

Here's a picture of how I've stored my batting. I just used closet bracets w/wooden dowel. You'll want to make sure you anchor the bracet if you aren't able to screw them in to studs.

Just curious, are both battings the same or different brands. Looks perfect to me and how I'd set it up!

Ditto,
I don't have wall space to hang it:(

I didn't buy "quite that much" batting at JoAnn's with my coupon (I am just soooo jealous) but did buy quite a bit. I just rolled it up in a clean sheet and it sits on end in my closet until it's needed.

Weren't those wall racks neat?

I'm working on installing a wall/ceiling system for storing mine, but until that is done, I stand mine upright on an extra luggage "wheelie" and hold it on with a bungee cord so it stands upright. I can wheel it out/around as I need it. When I cut batting, I never have to lay it out on the table - I measure the perimeter of the bolt and mark with a pin where I want to cut, I then unroll the bolt until I get to the pin, fold the end over to give me a fold in which to cut...cut it on the fold from top to bottom while the bolt is standing up!!! It's a little more awkward than laying it flat, but a lot less work for me.
