Cairns Australia quilt shows???
 

Does anyone in the Cairns, Australia, or any place close by know of any quilt shows, retreats, or other quilting activity in the area from November 1-20? I have tried searching the member list for Cairns but nothing seems to come up.

Perhaps they are all affected by the fires in Australia.

The fires in Australia at the moment are around Sydney in New South Wales about 3000 kilometres from Cairns which is in Far North Queensland. About the same as worrying about Hurricane Sandy in California. Try googling the local newspaper.

They don't have an affiliate group listed for Cairns but there might be a group very close by. I don't know the area at all so I can't help you further.
