Sometimes the perfect materials find each other in the messiest piles. When fabric is stored by color, wonderful matches might be overlooked.

Is the same thing true for clothes closets & drawers? - Can you tell what my project for today is suppose to be. lol

That's the only reason I don't like the change of seasons. I have to go through my kids' closets to change the clothes out.

Great observation. I try to keep one shelf just for those fabrics that will go into a quilt together. Then when I buy for other reasons, they go in with color/style, etc. Gee is this one of those "Darned if you do and darned if you don't" moments. I think so. LOL♥♥
