Caley H and Babylock Jazz 2
 

This is a response to a long thread that I couldn't seem to be able to respond to (quilting board ineptitude on my part!)
I have recently heard that some machines free motion quilt best with their feed dogs UP. I'm going to try that on my Babylock Jazz 2. Maybe it will work better!

I have a Jazz 2 and found I have better results with the feed dogs up. I then set the stitch length to 1 or less and the tension up to around 7.
