This is the block that is in the corner of the Jinney Beyer website. I was wondering if anyone knew what it was called,Or knows where to find the pattern.

No clue, but it's awesome!

It appears to be a version of the rolling star pattern I have been searching all over.

This is the one I found but the first one is maybe made from patched blocks.

It's a Jinny Beyer quilt pattern called stained glass star available on her website, not a single block. http://www.jinnybeyer.com/ax_commerc...2151A&axis_v=2 The pattern is $4.00.

Awsome! Thank you So Much I think I am going to start with the rolling star before I tackle that. But it is awsome.

I actually e-mailed them and asked.

I actually made that quilt a few years ago. It was so pretty, but it was my first attempt at y-seams, so didn't turn out perfect. I'd really like to make another one.

it sure helps to have lots of heads and hands searching!
Thank you for finding it tho. Isn't it pretty?

It's gorgeous!

Internet search trick of the day: If you right click on the website picture and look at the properties, it labels the photo as "star_top.gif". If you then enter "star top" in the website search box, it takes you to the pattern. And you now have two links to it!

Triciasquilts, Do you hav a picture? Would love to see it.

That is really great looking. Thanks for the web site who ever sent it.
I just got back from England last night and have tons of stuff to clear up before I go back to sewing. I did manage to buy a Janome Serger over there for only 99 pounds. I don't know anything about threading it but have friends that will help me. Now I have to find a connector that will change it to 110 volts from 220. Hope they are easy to find.
