if there is a way to send an e-mail from something listed on the board? For instance my daughter loves log cabin quilts and there have been some on here that they call flowery log cabins that I told her about but I can't describe them to her very well. I would like to send her a picture of one so that she could see how beautiful they are. Is there some way to do that via e-mail from the posting? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Patti ;-)

Should be able to right click on mouse then go to email picture and send it - make sure your mouse is on top of picture when you right click.

I simply put my courser on it and click to darken it, go up on the top bar on the screen to "EDIT" and click on "COPY" then I can wait till I get to email and "PASTE" it there.
Now this is for a Macintosh, don't know about others, might work with them also.

If you go up to your browser when you have the picture on your screen and right click, a drop down window will come, click on copy, then go to the body of your e-mail and right click another drop down window comes, click on paste. Then you can write anything you want and it will be in the letter body
Hope this helps

You could always have her sign up on the board. It would be an almost sneaky way to get her more interested in quilting. The in the future you can reference the item you want her to see or have her use the search function.

You can send her a link to the page. Go up to the top of the screen where it says: "http://www.quiltingboard.com.... "

Copy that whole string of stuff, including the http: and paste it into the email you send to her. It probably won't be 'hot' while you are typing, but when she gets the email she can just click on it to take her to the page.
