Hi,

I am new to paper piecing but I really do enjoy it and seen as I am irish I thought a nice celtic design would be nice to do but I can't find any. I think it is all applique. I guess I'll have to learn applique but I just thought I'd ask just in case there was anyone out there that could tell me for definate

you can draft your own paper piece designs- and celtic designs are good ones for paper piecing applications-
do a celtic design search and you will find many many to choose from---later i will see if i can find the book i saw of paper pieced ones- there are a few

There is a book to piece Celtic quilts, but it's not paper piecing. It's called Celtic Pieced Illusions by Karen Combs. It's on my list (my very looong list).
