Candlequilter also made this block as an applique block. Here is the link to it.

Candlequilter, I just sent you two pm's about your star block. The second is going to sound weird considering I was actually looking at your applique pattern for the star at the time that I sent it, so just ignore the second one and let me know about your response to the first one. It's bedtime for this old lady. ;-) (only 7:12p) lol
