Candlewick Stitches
I have a Bernina 730 and am trying to find a stitch that will make a candlewick stitch or as I would call it a French Knot. Hopefully there will be something I can use as according to the pattern I have about fifty to sew. Any help would be gratefully received.

Pfaff has them, but here's an answer from Candlewicking post:

Baby Lock does not have a specific stitch called candlewicking, however you can use a decorative star stitch and shorten the stitch length. Also using a 30 weight cotton thread helps to recreate the hand look of candlewicking. |

That's good to know. French knots (a.k.a. candlewicking can be tedious. Thanks for the link also.

I think your best stitch would be the star or asterisk stitch. You might be able to do something with the little zig zagged circle that is for making draw string holes as well? There is also the tie tack stitch?
