I have this book and Love it ! I have used this book more than any other I ever purchased. I made it through all of the stars and some several times. I have enlarged and reduced ... I can not say enough great stuff about this book.
FYI - anyone thinking of purchasing ...Michael's has it and use the 40 percent coupon.

I love Carol Doak's book.. I have that book and a couple others of hers, that I can't remember right now. But those are all on my list of things to do eventually.

I found the same book at a garage sale this summer for $5. Now all I have to do is give those beautiful stars a try! Good luck with yours, so far they look good.

I have borrowed it from the library and can't wait to start in on it. Will be rechecking it out again at the end of the month.

when i bought the book i took it down to a local copy shop, they cut the binding put 3 ring holes in it put it into a binder for me (with the cover and back on the front and back of the binder, it's totally complete) for only $11 now i can open the binder and remove the pages to be copied for my paper piecing. i've done this with all 3 of my carol doak books, sure makes it easier than trying to get the pages to lay flat in the book.

I'm hooked on PP. I'd love to try this book. Does anybody have a good source, besides Amazon?

I did that myself. I'm in the mountains and do not have access to a copy shop. It made a book sooooooo much easier to use and copy from.
NOW.......I really need to find an inexpensive machine that is at least as good as my old Singer 6268 that I bought a hundred years ago. One of the first computerized machine that came out. :-(

I just bought that book last week at aLQS that is going out of business. Got it for 35% off which I didn't think was bad.
