I need help. I can't figure out this pattern. I am not understanding how to do the material for the tubular frame and how to get the side to make a V. Has anyone made this??? Help

I just looked at the pattern on-line. Do you have the frame? What does the pattern say that you don't understand? I have a couple books by Linda McGhee that I might be able to find the answer in. I haven't made any bags with the frames but have done something similar with piping.
